Below you will find all application forms available from Build Waikato to assist you in your Building Consent process. Please note that any application related to a Building Consent still needs to go directly to your local Council. Build Waikato is simply a resource library.
This page contains the application forms and applicant checklists used for email or paper Building Consent applications across the WBCG.
Please Note: If your Council provides an online submission service, you do not need to use the application forms or applicants checklists below as these forms are embedded in their online system. Please check your local Councils submission system before downloading the forms.
In this section you will also find the supporting documents you may need to submit with your Building Consent application or at the completion of your project. If your Council does online submissions they may still require that you use some of the supporting document forms.
